3. As a composer, Joe provides services in the areas of film/TV music production, from short jingles to realistically sequenced orchestral film scores. He also composes and arranges for a multitude of other ensemble formats: jazz and big band ensembles, pop/rock bands, church worship teams, and choral ensembles.

4. Joe also offers music instruction in the areas of jazz theory, improvisation and ear training.
